Wake Forest Music and a Mission
A music based community fundraiser to fight food insecurity in the Wake Forest NC area, and to support the good works of ALS United North Carolina.
The 2025 event will happen Saturday November 1st from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Wake Forest Presbyterian Church CLC (Chistian Life Center). See below for the ticketing website, donations website, and a desription of the event.

If you cannot attend, but would like to support the event and the charitires, please click on the Donations image below. In the past, some people have bought tickets as their way of supporting the event, and were not planning to attend. Though good intentioned, we would prefer that you only buy a ticket if you plan to attend, so that we have accurate presale attendance numbers and you do not have to pay ticket sales tax unnecessarily. Get to know us
Music and a Mission is a fundraising event fighting food insecurity and supporting ALS United North Carolina. It is a ticketed music event with food concessions, information tables and a silent auction. Our headlining band will be The Gravy Boys, and our acoustic stage artist will be Blake Eason. The event is being held in collaboration with the Outreach Ministries of Wake Forest Presbyterian Church, is led and staffed by volunteers from the church and the community, and is associated with the Wake Forest Listening Room.
We are trying to make this event as cash free as possible, so please bring your credit/debit cards, and Venmo.
Our Charities in 2025 are shown below, along with the division of net proceeds from Music and a Mission

Wake Forest Community Table (16.7%)
Journey Ministry Pantry (16.6%)
WFPC Backpack Programs (16.7%)
The named charities will receive:
100% of donations made in person or via our website
100% of net proceeds from the silent auction and raffles
100% of net proceeds from the food concessions
Approximately 50% of gross proceeds from the admission ticket sales, depending on attendance numbers.
